Being an ocean front property, this is a challenging accommodation all around. The main registration building had at least 2 that I noticed. There were 2 well marked parking spots for those with disabilities. Being our stay was off season, we consider ourselves lucky with the parking situation. Amenities were nice, staff was kind helpful and curious. Ocean view, clean rooms, friendly staff! During our October 2023 stay, everything was really decent. Also, light switches for the kitchen can be found behind the microwave and on the wall at the refrigerator. Everything we needed to utilize in our room worked appropriately As a tip the water needs to be ran for a while during the winter to get the hot water flowing especially being on the 10th floor. We also noticed all the light fixtures appeared new and were very bright. Our room had been recently painted and looked great. It’s very visible the hotel is doing the yearly winter paint and refresh. We always take into consideration the location and time of year, yet like to let staff know if something in the room may need attention Front desk staff was appreciative of the information We did not utilize the breakfast at the hotel. The 10th floor views are beautiful We did have some comments about the room upon departure, none of which had an impact on our stay. We are Best Western Diamond Select members and our room was automatically upgraded upon check in. The location has limited parking at the building but has a parking area across the street. We stayed in room 1011 on January 23rd and 24th.
